People and Organizations in tune with Culture and Technology

A fully developed corporate culture provides the basis for long lasting success. Developing a corporate culture which integrates both the organization and the individuals in times of digital transformation inspires me the most. My portfolio as a consultant and business coach grew out of this by itself.

Organizational
Development

Organizational Development often includes transforming different areas of a company and a shift in corporate culture. I have become more and more aware of this through my previous roles as a senior manager and as board member.

In a co-constructive manner as a consultant, I work with my clients on:
- program design and implementation
- facilitating workshops
- mediation in challenging scenarios

Personal
Growth

Coaching in all its varieties has been a constant companion throughout my career. Regardless whether this was for bold decisions, challenging conversations or to prepare for important presentations. On a personal level I discovered my own self-doubts as basis for growth.

As a business coach, I am creating a supportive space for my clients to:
- develop tangible objectives
- co-construct resource-oriented solutions
- offer a rehearsal stage for challenging situations
- perform mental skills training

New
Technology

With my computer science background, I have not only learned to develop software but also to bring it to life in different environments. The human factor plays a crucial part here as well, which has become more and more apparent to me throughout my career.

I use my experience to reconcile any gaps between technology and affected organizations:
- facilitation of technology change projects
- management of projects and portfolios
- contribute certified experience in healthcare IT

Consulting also means being open to new ideas and embrace change. In a disruptive world, being open is a basic requirement. This applies to both the individuals in organizations as well as to me as a consultant.

Digital transformation projects in healthcare should not be reduced to IT. It’s important to bring the people on board and to support the change that comes with it. The share of technology is less than 20%, the rest is culture. Mr. Bräu has always been very successful in supporting us in this balancing act.

The question of my profession or rather my vocation is still on my mind today. With my wide range of interests, I am always looking for new experiences. It started with technology in various environments. Especially IT has been and still is one of my favourite topics.

From my roles as organizational developer, project manager, to managing director and board member, my focus has moved more and more from machines to humans. Especially my fascination for the culture in organizations inspires me the most.

in my spare time…

When running with my dog I love to explore the foothills of lower Austria where I live with my family.

My agility is also fueled by my other passion: Jazz – by listening and playing but also as general attitude. Improvisation, which is essential in Jazz, stands for agility, despite the necessary structure which is defined by the respective harmonies. And despite the necessary perseverance, when training basics like scales, tone and timing. As a metaphor, the agility provided through improvisation is also helpful in every consulting activity.
